Job Overview
Manage Rubber production to make sure shoe bottoms are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality
Item of Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, manage production schedules, and work with other related departments like Development, Purchasing and Shipping Department to ensure 100% on time delivery of customer orders while achieving the highest quality of finished products
- Work in partnership with the facility and development team for taking all existing and new products from confirmed sample through the entire pre-production and production process
- Increase quality standards, maintain product consistency and improve manufacturing efficiency and lower overall costs
- Ensuring, controlling and motivating the subordinate to achieve both quantity and quality targets
- Reduce material waste
- Keep maintaining continuous improvements specially to increase quality and performance of production
- Monitoring and achieve KPI of production
- Coach, counseling and evaluate performance of team, in order to keep high working performance
- Follow the company program:
- Comply and supervising regulations, culture and OHS (including ensure work tools accordance standard), energy, quality and environment programs to ensure implementation company management system runs smoothly
- Identify, report and review related to OSH (work accident. OHS Audit and Improvement), energy, quality and environment management system to ensure and improve company management system
- Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- At least 15 years of work experience in a Managerial Position in a footwear manufacturing and 10 years of experience in rubber section

- Knowledges and Skills:
- Master in footwear chemical production procedures and flow
- Production capacity and Manpower Planning
- Production material flow and WIP management
- Organize workflows to meet specifications and deadlines
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
- Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers and employees
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement
- Well - organized, detail oriented and have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
- Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
