Job Overview

Implementing plan or occupational health program include industrial hygiene in company accordance with the applicable regulation and standard to prevent work accidents and diseases.

Responsibilities

• Follow company program:
  1. Compulsory to comply and implement all OSH regulations and culture (including the use of PPE), quality and environment.
  2. Providing information about occupational accidents, reports on issues and provide advice related to OHS program, quality and environment (solid waste, water, and chemicals).

• Implementing the regulation related Industrial Hygiene.
• Implementing plan or work program include industrial hygiene in company.
• Implementing MCU and Follow up MCU results.
• Implementing measurement and monitoring related to occupational health.
• Identifying ergonomic in company area and providing recommendation to improve and prevention.
• Identifying and manage the needs of first aid tools in company area.
• Distributing equipment related to first aid to all department.
• Implementing training related to occupational health to all elements in company.
• Monitoring and do inspection related to occupational health facilities in all company area.

Persyaratan

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Public Health / Environmental Health Major.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Industrial Hygiene Field.
• Have AK3U certificate is a point plus.
• Have Knowledge: Safety, Health and Environment Awareness, Understanding Regulation related Industrial Hygiene, Analyzing and Data Processing related Health Program, Audit Process, Implementation and Follow up, Industrial Hygiene Program,
• Have Skill: Health or Industrial Hygiene Equipment, Microsoft Office, Trainer, Presentation, Analytical Thinking, English,
• Have Attitude: Positive Attitude, Quality Orientation, Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Self-learning Capacity,
• Understanding vision mission of company and safety policy.
• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, Quality and Environment.
